How to enable to disabled account

Hi, I have subscription but its showing disabled and I don't have any due then how enable account ?They show you have don't outstanding charges.

Hi,

If you sign-in to the Azure portal, navigate to your subscription, are you able to click Reactivate? Please review article below and follow instructions:
