Azure AD CLOUD SYNC - increased delta time

When we first installed Azure AD CLOUD SYNC the delta upload as stated, within 2 minutes. Sometime in the past 4 or 5 months that has changed and the deltas only sync twice an hour (every 30 minutes) and I'm not sure why. It could be the newest version, but I don't see any documentation if that has been changed.

Any suggestions on what to look at?

Again, this is the Cloud Sync version and not AAD Connect. What is loaded on-prem is the AAD Connect Provisioning Agent.

Thanks.

How long to the syncs actually last according to the provisioning logs in Azure?

I still see delta syncs every few minutes on the instance I am looking at.

It used to be every two minutes. Now it's up to 30 minutes, even for deltas.

I'm actually noticing it when I create a new op-premise user. Passwords look like they are the only change that updates quickly. I've tested making a change to other fields and those will take up to 30 minutes. I'll test this again.
