How do I remove an Azure Tenant linked to my personal microsoft account if I have no permissions on the linked tenant.

When I access Azure Portal, I'm noticing my personal account is linked to an Azure Tenant I have no control over. How do I break the association between my personal account and the tenant in question. If I try to leave the tenant in question it askes me to log in which I can't do since I have no access to the domain in question.

Any thoughts?
