Hi @Abdulrahman Lardy,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please also run devenv.exe /log
command in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022
, and check the ActivityLog.xml file which is generated in %AppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\17.0_<UniqueID>
. If there’s any error information recorded, please share the detailed error message with us to check.
Besides, here are some suggestions that you can try to troubleshoot first:
- Rename this folder
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VSCommon\OnlineLicensing\VisualStudio
, and restart VS. - Reboot your machine and restart VS(confirm that no other processes block you from running VS).
- Update Windows OS and make sure that there are no Windows Update errors.
BTW, was anything changed on your machine before this issue appeared?
Best Regards,
Tianyu
