I can't re-schedule of cancel the exam

re schedule exam pl 400 bug

After clicking "Reschedule" or "Cancel" on learn.microsoft.com > certifications, I am re directed to the page above.

Which doesn't contain any re-scheduling or cancelling features.
I believe this is an error. It's persistent in my account, weather I change the device or the browser it still happens.
