Please check whether you can login this account into OneDrive online.
If you can access OneDrive online successfully, it's recommended to reset OneDrive to have a check.
In addintion, if reseting OneDrive does not work, please unlink the OneDrive account, uninstall it and reinstall it to check this issue.
- As you have synced your Mac to your personal Microsoft account, please unlink this account.
- Open the Applications folder, drag the blue OneDrive cloud to the trash, and then enter your Mac credentials.
If there is still OneDrive folder shown in Finder, I would suggest you back its files and subfolders, then try to delete it.

- Sign into OneDrive.
