Trying to tag a user when commenting returned multiple users with the identical name. How am I supposed to distinguish between them? In the example below there are two users with identical names.

Yes, I had the exact same issue recently, with many more duplicates. The only way I chose one over any other was the small icon showing the same as the target user post I was replying to.
Hopefully this issue will be addressed at some point.
