Certification not generated after 48 hours

Question

Hello I have received an email on Wed 30 Sep 2020 that my results for Exam AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design is now available (MS0990041414). I have pass the exams but the badge is not in the badge section yet. It seems that it is still on the exams section on my profile. The certification also has not yet been generated. Can you please investigate.
