Visual Studio 2019 Not responding after Open it without any solution ?

Hello Dear I Got big problem with my VISUAL Studio 2019 Community >>> First i downloaded it and try top setup its okay but after finished it i can't try it maybe take like 2-5 minutes till open and evry press inside it take maybe 5 minutes too to apply with not responding and Very Very Slow with (not responding) Then its Close Again or still stack like not responding i tried to remove it many times and setup another Entirprise Version But still Same problem i updated it too after Setup Still no thing new Same problem Same Issue evrytime ? Any one got Soultion for this problem guys its kill my mind .

    Do you have any anti-virus software or policy settings on your computer? 

    Please try to launch your Visual Studio 2019 in Safe Mode (run devenv /SafeMode in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019). And check if it runs normally or not. 

    Besides, please close all running VS instances and rename (or delete) every ComponentModelCache folders under this path: C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\16.0_XXXXX. Then, re-run VS as administrator.

    Thanks For ur answer But still Same Problem i did it and install full version its working fine >>

    but when i restart computer or closed it its not opening again still press at visual icon but not working not starting not do any then i tried to made repair then its working for 1 time only when i restart my pc its not working again Same problem with many version of 2019 but 2010/2022 not happen working fine >>>>

    • im not enable any anitviruse
    • my windows at last update
    • Have many space for it and when he opend working fine some time <
    • i renstalled it many times and make new setup
    • i cleard all files registery for 2019
    • i removed files from Documents
    • and from windows Files x86
