How to enable daily backup for Production VM using Recovery service vault ? Could you please suggest on this.

maybe this link is helpful to backup an Azure VM using an Azure Recovery Services Vault:

You could use the Backup Policy DefaultPolicy or you can create your own custom Backup Policy based on your requirements:
