    Hi @BiCa7

    As there is only one column in your table, so after you convert table to text, there is no comma to seperate the multiple columns.

    I suggest you insert one column at right for your table, then please try again.

    In the future, please ask your question in text. The gif is a good illustration but does not show up in Internet searches. Nor attract those who might be able to answer your question.

    To restate:

    1. You have a table that contains email addresses.
    2. You want to convert the table to text with semicolons between the addresses, which are currently in individual rows.
    3. Word converts these to text but gives you separate lines for each email address (former row).

    Is my understanding correct?

    Could you please attach a sample Word file with the table so that the volunteers you are asking for help do not have to recreate the problem?
