Please i need your help on this issue

one of our user is unable to pin apps in Teams.

Tried on various clients (multiple rich clients, multiple browser clients) but attempts were in vain.

App pinning is working for other users.

What is the symptom of this issue?

For example after pinning the change get reversed.

If the user is not able to ping apps, is there any error message?

Please have a check in Teams admin center if this user have a specific app setup policy assigned, which restricts the users from pinning apps(have user pinning disabled)
