visual studio 2022 android project create dll and not apk ?

Hello,
I have on my computer visual studio 2017 with xamarin and all works fine.
I've installed visual studio 2022 and now , when i try to create a android projects and build it create a dll not an apk ...
How to find a solution with this ?
All android sdk is installed but i've noticed the device manager can't open ..
but it's open on visual studio 2017 ...
Any idea ,,i precise it's visual studio entreprise we pay ,,but it's terrible to loose time when we installed new IDE ...

Its visual studio 2022 -> v 17.4.4
After hours of search, now i can push my app the problems comes i think to the path of the sdk android who wasn t at the standard path ... -> program files x86/android/sdk ..
Because i have many vs version who is installed (2015 / 2017 / 2019 / 2022)
I ve created for each version a directory and modify the path -> tools / options / ... to the correct path.
I ve remark also for vs 2022 the folder emulator wasn t there ..
i ve copy a folder from my install 2017 and paste into the folder vs 2022 ...
Now i can push my app into vs 2022 ...great
But device manager never open again ...
if i used avd for create for exemple emulator android 11 (target android 30) emulator is created but never runs ..
we advanced :)
How to know what is the problem with the emulator ?
If i start an emulator android 7 with emulator.exe -avd xxxxx
the emulator starts ...well
i don't kow why emulator can t run android 11 ...
any idea

I used the same VS version as you to reproduce your issue, but it worked fine with me.
Therefore, this issue is more likely to be one related to your VS development environment.
