Hello,

My old PC died so I bought a new one. I had Microsoft 365 and Visio plan 2 subscriptions.

I have 365 added but now can't find Visio plan 2?

    You must to download again Microsoft Visio (has his own installer).

    Go to the Office portal (www.office.com) and select "Other installation options" and download again the Visio installer.

    Please refer to Jordi Rojas's reply to install Visio from https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#installs.

    As the Microsoft 365 or Visio plan 2 subscription is bound with a licensed account, so you need to remember the account licensed account, then you can get desktop app for Visio plan 2.
