I'm stuck in the Microsoft Sandbox directory

I'm trying to go through the microsoft Azure learning courses and after attempting exercises for the Azure portal through the AZ-104 course, I am stuck in the sandbox directory for my account. Even worse, I have no permissions to view most blades and virtually no control to create anything to even play around inside the directory.

I have no directories to change to except for the "Microsoft Learn Sandbox" directory. I've created subscriptions on my own previously, but I can't even find the original default directory to switch back to and perform the exercises outside of the sandbox. Now the sandbox has expired, and the subscription is gone and I still can't do anything.

How do I get back to the default directory so I can perform the exercises outside of the sandbox.

    Hi,

From your description it sounds like the account that you are using for MS Learn doesn't have any paid subscriptions connected to it. What I would recommend is opening a InPrivate/InCognito window, signing in to the Azure portal using one of your other accounts, and checking to see if your subscription(s) are there.

If you are unsure which account your subscriptions are under it might help if you check your various email accounts to see which one contains your Azure invoices/informative emails.

If the above was useful please click Accept Answer.

    Thanks.
