Hello

In Form Recognizer Studio, we noticed 'Numbers' in front of the tags in the Custom model menu (Label data tab), and a popup message 'keyboard shortcut : SHIFT + ...' when you hover over it. What is it for, and also how does it work? Nothing happens when we press Shift+Number

Hi @HouMez , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

In Form Recognizer Studio, the 'Numbers' in front of the tags in the Custom model menu are keyboard shortcuts that allow you to quickly select a tag for a specific field without having to manually choose/search from the dropdown list of the labels. Instead of selecting from a dropdown list, this is an alternative method for labeling fields.

As shown here, a label: name is created with a label count of 1. If we want to label any particular field: name can use the keyboard shortcut Shift + 1. Example: Selected Microsoft Corp then gives the dropdown list of labels that has been created can choose from the dropdown or directly use Shift +1 here to use label: name it works.

Note: To use keyboard shortcuts, first create labels, then select the field you want to label and use the appropriate keyboard shortcuts to label it. These keyboard shortcuts will not run if the text is not selected from the document.

    I hope it helps.

    Regards,
    Vasavi
