Logic App run history never stops loading

Question

Hi Guys!

I have a logic app that performs integration between my product platform and my CRM, but it fails and I can't access his history to debug!

First I access my Logic App Atandard then I access my workflow and finally when get the run history it never stops loading likes the image.

Hi Cesar,

Try clearing your cache on your browser, logging out and logging back in. If this is still an issue, then I would raise a ticket with Azure Support:

I have seen this before and it typically was a browser issue (with Power Automate which is a copy of Logic Apps).

@Cesar Augusto Costa Thanks for reaching out. Please verify if there is any ad blocker or any extension that might be blocking the request and the page is unable to load. If you have already verified this, then please try to clear the cookies/cache/history and see if it helps you. You can also try different browsers/networks to eliminate if this is client/side browser issue.

This could also be intermittent issue where the run history could not be loaded during that time.

In case if you are still facing the issue then we would need session ID (ctrl + alt + d) after reproducing the issue and F12/fiddler traces to assist you further.
