Open shift created using MS Graph API doesn't appear in Teams App

Hi,

I have a script that creates Open Shifts in MS Teams, for employees to request. It is working well.

I have a strange issue, where one of the created shifts appears in the MS Graph API (https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/teams/schedule/shifts?) with all the other shifts, but it does not appear in the Teams desktop/web application. This means that no one can see the shift to apply for it. All the other shifts are behaving as expected.

This issue happens intermittently (ie every couple of weeks one might not appear).

Help solving this would be great.

    Hi @Developer,

As you have mentioned that this is an intermittent issue, I would recommend you raise a support case with Microsoft Graph, a Support Engineer will be able to assist you better. You can raise support ticket from
    http://aad.portal.azure.com/ or https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.

    Hope this helps.
