I cannot delete my payment method

Hi,

I tried to create a free Azure account but the pages kept flashing, first I had no subscription and couldn't create a new one, then somehow I created one but after a couple of refreshes everything was gone. I tried to delete my Active Directory and everything with it but I somehow just deleted the tenant and now I can't see my active directory nor the one subscription that was created for it but my card still seems to be associated with it. If I try deleting it form my Microsoft Account page I get an error it's being used in a subscription. I see it on another directory's payment methods page for some reason but I can't delete it from there.FAILED_TO_DELETE_FROM_OTHER_DIR

What do I do? Nothing works. It's all errors and messages that get me nowhere. Isn't there an email address I can write to so I can get this whole thing deleted?

    There is no Azure Support e-mail (directly). You will want to submit a ticket with Azure Billing Support:
