My AZ-400 was buzzed

when i was writing the exam suddenly at the 26th bit my exam got suddenly neutralize i wasn't able to next question or previous question after few min it showed me this image temp

all-through my network was very clear . and the exam got suspended or exited after few min

so could the exam be rescheduled in another date please ???
