I'm using query to get the machines that have no client installed, however I found that some of the machines are with duplicate data (actually different IP addresses). I guess because they were assigned the IP dynamically by DHCP but how long those outdated information will be updated/erased in SQL server?
By default data is cleaned up every 90 days. Exactly what is the query you are using to see stale data?

Here is the query I used to get the result.
select
vrs.Name0,
ip.IP_Addresses0
from
v_R_System vrs
left join v_RA_System_IPAddresses ip on vrs.ResourceID = ip.ResourceID
where (vrs.Client0 = 0 or vrs.Client0 is null)
The ip address is only updated by heartbeat discovery and therefore requires that the client be installed. This will never change until the client is installed or they are deleted from configmgr.

so as long as the device is deleted from console, how long will its data be erased from database?
the query result showed me several IP addresses that were assigned to the same device.. that's why I was curious.
This is a "loaded" question, but if you ONLY use the supported views (like the query above), they will be removed within a second. if you don't it will take several days for them to be removed.

1, I have done some research, Active Directory system discovery can also discover Computer names and IP addresses.

2, As Garth Jones said, the discovery data clean cycle is 90 days. It is managed by maintenance tasks and we can modify it in SCCM console. However, it should be noted that we should set the deletion time scientifically, otherwise it may lead to client data loss. The screenshot for your reference:

I can use Powershell script to delete the devices in console, that no long exist from AD. So as long as I delete it from console, when I run query next time via SQL SERVER, it will not be shown?
the screenshot you mentioned was about inactive, I guess that's how often configuration manager determines device's activeness?

1, For your scenario, I have done a test. If the machine is removed from both the AD and SCCM consoles, after we rerun the Active Directory system discovery, the corresponding record will be deleted from the database.

2, The screenshot I provided is also a machine that does not have the client installed. According to your description, you are querying computers that do not have the client installed. Therefore, the information you are querying can only be found through Active Directory system discovery. If the machine is included in Active Directory containers and it exists in corresponding OU on AD, then it will be discovered by the server. By default, this cycle is executed every 7 days. The screenshot for your reference:
