How to fix WIFI connection after joining domain

I have my laptop connected to my company domain via wifi when I got home i.ve connected to my home wifi but it didn't work

I keep getting DNS error, I have left the domain but I still get the same problem

    Please post the results of

    ipconfig /all
    tracert 8.8.8.8

    Might try removing the 10.10.10.98 address from DNS

    Your DHCP server is handing it out. My need to remove it from the DHCP server 10.10.10.1. When at home a public DNS server is used. When at work domain DNS must be used.

    1. Please try to update WIFI Adapter drivers from vendor's website.
    2. Please run Network troubleshooter from Windows to resolve the issue related to Network,.
    3. Delete any Wifi connection profiles and create a new one.
