We are sending mass communication emails from an external source to employees. However, the image in the email is not downloading as follows.Screenshot of the Right-click here to download pictures error detail.

The images in the email are hosted in a different domain from the sender.

You should add person to trust (right click on email - domain or sender) and open it again.

That security issue and you can do it to all as once.

    Hi @Anindya Kumar Banerjee ,

You could refer to: Block or unblock automatic picture downloads in email messages

    1. On the File tab, choose Options > Trust Center.
    2. Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.
    3. Clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box.
