You should add person to trust (right click on email - domain or sender) and open it again.

We are sending mass communication emails from an external source to employees. However, the image in the email is not downloading as follows.
The images in the email are hosted in a different domain from the sender.

But on a enterprise with 3000 e-mail acounts. How to enable for all on Microsoft 365 admin center ?
