Hi Komail,
What do you mean by "Not showing correctly?" a typo, not showing the correct domain? Please clarify. Thanks!

2023-01-23T04:35:15.68+00:00 It is still showing as on.microsoft.com instead of the new primary custom domain and yes its validated and everything is changed and also shows as valid in 365 admin

2023-01-23T04:39:35.2433333+00:00 Also my primary domain is setup to have AD Passthrough and SSO and it works fine logging into the DC and the File Server but when logging into the Remote Desktop APP to access my Host Pool VDI, it signs me in and I can see the Remote desktop application and I click it and it won't accept the full UPN (name@email.com) Instead I have to use Domain\username. This is strange as support keeps telling me it needs to sync but it is working on both other servers. Please assist.

the .onmicrosoft.com subdomain will remain there. It's part of the design of Microsoft 365. Since the custom domain is working fine, receiving emails, and login into endpoints with the new domain, there's not much we can do.
As far as the RDP issue goes, did you enroll the VMs into Azure AD? Double-check that. Let me know how that goes.
