I need to connect with Microsoft Certificate Support team to merge my certificate account.

I have taken AZ-900 exam last year and have planned to take a step ahead in my journey. I have the MCID of both accounts (from which I have qualified the previous one and my personal account). I have tried but couldn't connect my personal account with the certification account. Please help me to connect with Microsoft Certification Team.
