Go to Sent Items. Find the message you want to recall.

Select Actions - Recall This Message.

It works only for internal messages. You can't recall a message sent to different domains.User's image

    Hi @Omkareshwar Chidharla ,

Outlook desktop clients does have a feature to recall or replace an unread message you sent:1

For more detailed instructions, you may refer to the following two official links:

However, as mentioned earlier by Santhi, there are several conditions which must be met for the Recall feature to work:

    • It requires both you and the recipient have a Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Exchange email account in the same organization.
    • The recipient must also be using Outlook to read his/her emails.
    • The recipient must have an active connection with Exchange.
    • The original message must arrive in the Inbox folder of the recipient. When it got moved via a rule, recalling the message is not possible.
    • The original message must still be unread and the recipient must open the Recall message before the original message.

Therefore, given the fact that the conditions for Recall to work are so specific and the chances of failing to recall a mail are high, personally I'd recommend simply sending a short but sincere apology message rather than trying to recall the mail.
