First of please reboot both Computers and check if the issue resolved automatically.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Make sure user has permission to login to RDP of this computer.
- Try to take RDP using Full computer name or using ip address of this computer.
- Please verify Date and time should correct on both computers.
