502 error in the application gateway

Hello,
my traffic is flow is CDN->traffic manager ->Application gateway -> firewall(standard)-->IIS server host in the azure vm -->connected to sql server backend.
I can able to see 502 error in the application logs, but the difficult thing is it reject the some ip only i don't know why . i checked the iis server log also, then find out request didn't reached the iis server. may I know why this is happening.

You've mentioned that you are seeing 502 error in the application logs. May I know which application logs you are referring to here?
Also, could you please confirm if the Application gateway is working fine? Do you see any 502 errors when browsing your site using the Application gateway IP/URL (whichever is configured on your end)?

Additional info my data flow is : CDN-traffic manger -application gateway-firewall-iis server hosted in the azure vm --backend sql server is connected with iis server in seperate vm

May I know which Azure CDN product you are using? Is it Azure CDN from Microsoft/Akamai/Standard Verizon/Premium Verizon?
What is routing method configured in your Traffic manager? Do you have a multi-region load balancing/DR setup with traffic manager and app gateway as described in the below doc:
What is the SKU of your Application gateway?
How are the application gateway and Azure firewall configured? Since you have mentioned Application gateway before Firewall, I believe the setup is as shown in the below doc:
Could you please confirm if this is configured correctly?
Is the application gateway listener using a HTTP or HTTPS protocol? If HTTPS, do you have proper certificates uploaded to each component?
Do you have any NSGs configured on your Application gateway subnet?
Do you have any network rules blocking any specific traffic on your Azure Firewall?
Now, coming to your IIS server host in the Azure VM, do you have any NSGs blocking/allowing specific traffic on its NIC/subnet?
