How to connect ACR with Azure devops pipeline such that whenever there is a new image in ACR azure devops pipeline trigger .

Hi team ,

I have build a azure devops pipeline such that whenever there is new image push in ACR , ACI restarts . but I am not sure how to make a connection between azure devops pipline and ACR . One option stuck in my mind using webhook for ACR but not sure its step and what is service URI to be used in ACR and how to connect Azure devops . Please guide its urgent .
