ADF pipe line throwing "Internal Server Error" since Friday

We have a Azure Data Factory pipeline which was working till Friday, since Monday morning the pipeline is throwing below error

Internal Server Error:Failed to submit job on job cluster. Integration Runtime 'AutoResolveIntegrationRuntime', ActivityId: '..********9893f68'.

Error Code: 134
Failure type: System error
Details : Internal Server Error:Failed to submit job on job cluster. Integration Runtime.

When trying to enable the "Data Flow debug" throws an error "Failed to setup debug session. Session ID: **"

Under view details the error description "Debug session is already terminated."

As I understand from the question, you are facing Internal Server Error:Failed to submit job on job cluster.

Could you please try to build another customized Debug session and see if this helps.

Refer to the video for: creation of Data Flow Debug Session.

Another reason for Internal Server error could be unsupported letters in Resource Group Name.

Please try both and let us know the result.
