Region time zone issue on SharePoint library

Region time zone issue on SharePoint library ,

When document modified it is showing EU time zone and it was set same in the regional settings ( from site settings and client machine also set EU timings only. but it is showing US time zone in the modified section. Please suggest.

    Based on your description, I understand that after you changed time zone in the regional settings, date and time columns do not automatically be changed.

    Per my test, after you changed time zone in the regional settings, date and time columns will automatically be changed to corresponding time in that time zone. SharePoint will handle this part. You should wait for some time.
