How can I enable combined security information registration in Azure Active Directory?

Hi,

I have Azure AD Premium P2 License. I want to enable combined security information registration in Azure Active Directory. However, I can not see this option.

It is mentioned in this article.

There is no option in my portal. How can I enable combined security information registration?

We look after plenty of tenants created after 15 Aug 2020 but none I have looked at have the Combined Security option available. All appear exactly as Enfal C's screen snip.

There must be some other precursor that needs enabling? Can't find what it is from the docs I've ploughed through so far though...

Any pointers very welcome!

I Checked and I dont see those in other tenants neither. That tells me its simply been removed, its enabled and no action is needed :)

Thanks Andy, but in that case (and I appreciate as an MVP you're probably not Microsoft!) it would be helpful if MS could update and correct pages like this, dated 19 Oct 2022:

And also to remove the prompt in the Azure portal 'Authentication Settings | Policies' screen, which tells us to enable Combined Security Info Registration, if our tenant already has it permanently configured!

Good news is that having just enabled Microsoft Authenticator in that Policies screen, I've been able to Enable my existing Authenticator account for Phone Sign-In and can now log in to my 365 account using password-less auth via Authenticator.
