How to install Outlook on remote desktop?

Our office uses Ritam for our customer base to place orders and create invoices. I need to setup Outlook on the remote desktop so I can email invoices straight from our system. I keep getting an error alert when trying to set it up. The direction online have not helped me.

    a remote computer lost its hard drive and we have had to re-install windows.

    We are struggling to recover outlook as an app rather than through 365.

    Any help would be appreciated.
