How to recover/link old certificates

Good evening,

May I please get some help in finding and recovering all my old Microsoft MCPD certificates.

I had to get a temporary access code using my MCP ID which i eventually found on my old Microsoft MCPD card. After receiving the mail I signed into the members site and associated my Microsoft account. Then i went and associated my MCP ID + the temporary access code I was sent with my Microsoft account and all went surprisingly well until the point where no certificates where found and it said "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again.". I waited a bit logged out logged back in refreshed the page a few time but no luck and no certificates. I have all the original certificates with me i just need to get them to show on my certificate dashboard even know they are very old from around 2008.
