Setting a calendar hold for 8 AM in calendars across Canada

I'm trying to figure out how to set a calendar hold for a set of meetings for attendees across Canada. Ideally the hold will sit in everyone's calendar for 8-5, but when I issue the invitation it automatically corrects the time dependent on the recipient's time zone.

I need it to show a start time of 8 AM in the calendars of all attendees, regardless of their time zone.

All the advice I have seen so far is to change the Time Zone of the meeting or my personal calendar, but that messes up the time even more for others.

Thanks!

    Hi @J_555_555 ,

Are all users in the same time zone? Or do all users use the same time zone? The time of the meeting is displayed according to the time zone, if you want the meeting to be displayed as 8am for all users, then you can only change the time zone to be the same for all users.
