My last post got deleted, not sure what rule I violated so I guess I'll try to summarize.
I'm trying to figure out how to populate the "Original Target Attribute Value" when doing a provision on demand with a PATCH SCIM API so that I can make the operation I receive to be a replace instead of add

What do you have specified in your request? Is the "op": "replace" included?

Also, could you share which guide you are following? The original target attribute should be what was configured originally. [https://techdocs.akamai.com/eaa/docs/scim-provisioning-with-azure
