How to upload updates through the local drive(HDD) to WSUS

Question

Good day gents,

I've wsus server to update the devices on the network, however I'm in OT environment which there's no internet connection, what I can do is to download the updates to USB and then copy it on wsus (local drive) then I can update the machines on the network.

Kindly I'm looking for your support on how to do it.

Hello there,

The key point is that you are going to import updates files from local drive .

Currently , in WSUS , we can only manually import updates directly from windows update catalog , not local drive .

As a workaround , I'd suggest you create a "online" WSUS server and then "replica" it to that WSUS server which can not connect to Internet .
