Azure Question Answering Service not able to generate Question Answer pair for unstructured data

I have created a project in Language studio for QuestionAnswering from https://language.cognitive.azure.com/questionAnswering. I have followed the document, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/language-service/question-answering/quickstart/sdk?pivots=studio. Question answer pairs are not generated after adding a simple docx file. Please help. Following is the simple content in my docx file.

Log file issues

When log file size increases beyond 2GB, delete the file

Service issues

Search service need to be restarted it if it is not responding

Satish Barnala I think something went wrong with your search service and it is unable to extract or respond. Try adding a sample document from quickstart and check if it works. With my resource, I just picked up the content above and uploaded it as docx file and it is able to return a response. Of course, it is not structured so the response is not ideal. If you use a structured format in a document the content should be extracted correctly, and the response should be as expected.
