Unable to schedule exam & old certifications not visible

Hi, I have multiple issues with my certification profile.

1. I am unable to schedule exam using my account from microsoft portal. I am getting error as "this exam is not currently offered please select another exam". I tried multiple exams like DP203 and PL300 but still getting same error.
2. I do not see my old certifications in my certification profile. I completed two microsoft certifications.
