Can't login in to Azure on Visual Studio 2022 due to work account

Hi Folks,

I have a private / personal 0365 subscription on which I signed up to Azure. I used this for developing hobby projects in VS2022 community edition.

I just pressed the publish option in VS and selected azure as a target. It then asks me to log in with my azure login, which I do... and for some reason it then takes me to my old organisations authentication page?!?

I don't even know why there would be any connection between my personal email and this organisation, which I don't work for anymore. When I view directories on Azure, they also have an entry there.

How can I completely sever this connection so that I can login on VS using my personal account?

Hi @Gary Frewin , thanks for the question. Regardless of the reason this is occurring, I can help you out. Just send an email to azcommunity@microsoft.com with subject "ATTN: James Hamil" and attach the subscription ID of the tenant you currently have access to.
