getting screentime out or screen off in personal-owned ios and android device

hello Expert

we have some device android and iphone BOYD device, The user facing the issue that applications like youtube ,google map are not keep the screen active or screen off .we have applied below compliance policies highlighted that might be the reason for this. please confirm .
is any other configuration profile settings and policies responsible for this issue ? any related setting from intune

For the setting "Maximum minutes of inactivity until screen locks", it configures the idle time before the device lock its screen. For the setting "Maximum minutes after screen lock before password is required", it specify how soon after the screen is locked before a user must enter a password to access the device. For google map or youtube screen lock off. Based on my understanding, it can be related. You can exclude these personal devices to see if the behavior will change.
