Edge URLAllowlist doesn't work

I was adding to the URLAllowlist a new scheme and for some reason on some of the win 10 pro-PCs it works and on some, it doesn't.

On win 10 enterprise it doesn't work at all.

Any idea why?

    But maybe the information there is still helpful?

    It appears, that pim:// is not a supported custom schema according to
