Certificate tab not working

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to reschedule my exam but I can't do it. After clicking the Certificate tab, the error appears : "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again.". I've tried private mode and a different browser. Same effect.

My exam is in a few days and I can't reschedule :(
