I was recently robbed and had to change my smartphone.
I reinstalled all apps, including Autheticator, but I can't log in with my account in the app because it requests Authentication Approval in the app previously installed on the smartphone that was stolen. I cannot access the account through the website, as the approval request also goes to the app that was previously installed on the stolen smartphone.
I can't approve access by email, because it asks for a code that doesn't arrive in the email.
Today when I tried to sign in, I got an error notification below.
I searched the community about the error and found nothing.
I would like to know how it is possible for me to login again to my Autheticator app and consequently login to my PowerBI account.
