Certification expired and when booking again, I get error message

Hello,

My MS-700 certification expired 2 months ago, I'm no longer elegible to "renew" it and I have to take the exam again but when I try to book it I get an error message that says "I already took the exam and can't take it again unless I failed".

What can I do in this case to get my certification again??
