Excel saving problems

Hi, Im having trouble saving documents in Excel. The autosave doesnt want to activate. There is a yellow ACCOUNT NOTICE and a FIX button, I press on it and it sends me to my Microsft account but doesn't inform me what the problem is. Can someone please help me?
