    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Remote Desktop Connection.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Try to connect using ip address of the Server or PC.
    3. Try to give username using HostName\Username or .\Username in RDP login screen.
