Access ID and Contract ID linked to Azure but support benefits not working

I linked our Access and Contract ID for Azure Support benefits it accepted it, but when I try to create a technical support ticket it just loops back to linking our Access ID and Contract ID. when I tried to link it again I received the error below

"This Access ID is already associated to an account. Please contact your Technical Account Manager to obtain a new Access ID"

I already have an open ticket with MS support. but I need some input while I'm waiting for them to contact me.
