How to start learning data science from basic till expert?

Question

Hi, I am a college student and currently interested to learn data science and I hope to be a data scientist. So, how do I start to learn data science in microsoft?

anyway, I am an industrial engineering major, so you can say that I dont have any experience about programming unless C++
