Inquire about file tree broken and deleted files

Hello,

I am a company employee who is currently using enterprise products.

Recently, files have disappeared without erase and file trees have been broken (most employees).

If someone is mistakenly deleted from a shared directory, others should only see the files disappear by synchronizing the deleted person, but in some cases files are found in the computer trash of collaborators in the shared directory.

Another problem is that the file tree within the one-drive that an individual uses breaks for no reason.

Folders or files that existed in folder A are created outside folder A, files disappear, and folders or files that are not shared are suddenly created.
